    These vary among women. For some, acne becomes a problem, while for others, acne disappears. Others experience changes in skin color, such as looking flushed as if they are blushing or developing brownish marking on the face. Some women get a dark line down the middle of their abdomens. Changing hormone levels probably cause all of these skin changes. Although they are disconcerting to many women, they usually vanish or fade dramatically after the baby is born.
