    Common side effects of nisoldipine are dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, headache, upset stomach, rapid heartbeat, fatigue, nasal congestion, throat irritation, sudden feelings of warmth, and slight swelling in the extremities. Severe side effects of nisoldipine include extreme fatigue or weakness, sore or bleeding or inflamed gums, rash, flu-like symptoms, vision problems including vision loss, changes in your mood or mental state, extreme or persistent dizziness or headache, and rapid, large weight gain. If you experience any of these severe symptoms, call your doctor immediately. If you experience an allergic reactions (such as hives or swelling of your face or arms or legs and trouble breathing or swallowing), or pain in your chest, fainting, irregular heartbeat, call 911 for immediate emergency medical assistance.
