    Stacy Wiegman answered:
Coumadin can interact with many other medications, so tell your pharmacist about all drugs you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicine, vitamins, nutritional supplements and medicinal herbs. That's especially important if you use any of the following:
    • antibiotics
    • aspirin or any product that contains aspirin
    • nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) and naproxen (Aleve, Naprosyn)
    • heparin
    • medications for cancer
    • cholesterol-lowering drugs
    • cold and allergy medications
    • antidepressants and other medications for mental or emotional disorders
    • diabetes drugs
    • gastrointestinal drugs such as ulcer and heartburn treatments
    • gout drugs
    • heart disease medications
    • pain relievers
    • anti-seizure medications
    • thyroid drugs
    • birth-control pills
    • tuberculosis medications
    • streptokinase, ticlopidine or urokinase
