First-Class French Toast
3 eggs
¾ cup half-and-half
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
16 slices Ener-G Foods Light Brown Rice Loaf
- For the French toast: Melt butter in a large skillet or griddle. Whisk the eggs, half-and-half, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium-sized bowl. Dip slices of bread through the egg mixture, one at a time, turning once until bread is well coated. Add bread to the skillet and cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- For the eggs and meats: Cook as desired.
- Sprinkle the French toast with stevia and top with butter. Serve with the eggs and meats, as well as a side of syrup.
