    First-Class French Toast

    3 eggs
    ¾ cup half-and-half
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
16 slices Ener-G Foods Light Brown Rice Loaf
    1. For the French toast: Melt butter in a large skillet or griddle. Whisk the eggs, half-and-half, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium-sized bowl. Dip slices of bread through the egg mixture, one at a time, turning once until bread is well coated. Add bread to the skillet and cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
    2. For the eggs and meats: Cook as desired.
    3. Sprinkle the French toast with stevia and top with butter. Serve with the eggs and meats, as well as a side of syrup.
    Other sides:

    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 whole eggs
    8 strips of bacon
    8 sausage links
    2 packets stevia powder
½ cup Joseph’s Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Note: Cinnamon helps control blood sugar when consumed with carbs.
