    Baptist Health South Florida answered:

The Agatston Score was developed by Arthur Agatston, M.D., and Warren Janowitz, M.D., and is a key measure many doctors use to predict a patient’s risk for heart disease and stroke. A heart scan shows the calcium buildup in the coronary arteries. The bigger the buildup, the higher the Agatston Score and the higher the risk.
