Weekend headaches are frequently reported by people suffering from migraine and people with migraine frequently have attacks triggered by CHANGE. That change can be oversleeping on weekends, delay in caffeine use and/or breakfast, consumption of alcohol and other changes that may occur on weekends, therefore leading to the concept of a “weekend headache.”
