    "Mind" workers are healthcare professionals who can help relieve your mental stress. Mostly through talk therapy (although psychiatrists may use medications), they help you uncover disruptive thoughts, unconscious memories and core beliefs that inhibit your healing. The therapeutic benefit of a good "mind" worker cannot be emphasized enough. "Mind" workers include psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, social workers and counselors. Seeing a "mind" worker is like getting a mind/brain neuromatrix alignment. Your mind, body and spirit will steer much more clearly because of it.
