    This is most likely caused by having some muscles that are overactive (too tight) such as your latissimus dorsi and pectoralis muscles, as well as underactive (over stretched) muscles including your upper back and rotator cuff. Focus on stretching your lats and chest muscles and perform more exercises that work your upper back, such as rows.
