    • Von Hippel-Lindau disease
    • Tuberous sclerosis
    • Neurofibromatosis types 1 and 2
    • Li-Fraumeni syndrome

    Klinefelter, Cowden, Turcot, Gorlin and nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome also raise the risk of some kinds of brain and spinal cord tumors.
