    • rhubarb
    • nuts: almonds, pistachios, Brazil, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts
    • saffron
    • yams
    • ginger
    • pomegranates
    • soya
    • avocado
    • cherries
    • apricots
    • mild green chilies
    • honey
    • soft-boiled eggs
    • spices: asafetida, coriander, mustard, rhododendron flower chutney (a traditional Himalayan recipe)
    Some of the above may help because of their phytoestrogen content.
