    Anyone following a milk-free diet due to a milk allergy must avoid:

    •   Artificial butter flavor
    •   Butter, butter fat, buttermilk
    •   Caseinates (ammonium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium)
    •   Cheese, cottage cheese, curds
    •   Cream
    •   Custard, pudding
    •   Ghee (clarified butter used in Indian cooking)
    •   Half-and-half
    •   Hydrolysates (casein, milk protein, protein, whey, whey protein)
    •   Lactalbumin, lactalbumin phosphate
    •   Lactoglobulin
    •   Milk (derivative, protein, solids, malted, condensed, evaporated, dry, whole, low-fat, nonfat, skim)
    •   Sour cream, sour cream solids
    •   Whey (delactosed, demineralized, protein concentrate)
    •   Yogurt
