This means that you have the freedom to be creative in the activities you select for completing your cardio requirements. Typical activates and alternatives include using a stair stepper, jumping rope, bicycling, and attending group fitness classes. However, cardio recommendations can be met through other activities such as hiking, circuit training, gardening, and dynamic stretching.
