Vehicles for cyberbullying (when a minor uses technology as a weapon to intentionally threaten or hurt another minor) exist everywhere. Cell phones, computers, iPads, and anything that provides an Internet connection to our digital world can be used as a relentless and nonstop weapon for online bullying. Today it's almost impossible for a child to have a problem with another child that doesn't either start online or end up online. There are now very few "he said, she said" situations that stay face-to-face.
