    In the reversing heart diseases research, we found that there was a "dose-response" effect to our program. That is, the more closely people followed our program, the better they felt and the less obstruction they had in their coronary arteries. So even a 30 percent fat diet is more beneficial than a 40 percent fat diet. The coronary artery blockages may worsen on a 30 percent fat diet, but more slowly than on a 40 percent fat diet. But reversing the coronary artery blockages usually requires a diet even lower in fat as well as other lifestyle factors.
