Black spots in your vision are usually due to a benign condition often referred to as floaters. The inside of your eye is a made of a gelatinous water material called the vitreous. Normal debris or objects are present in the vitreous. When light hits these particles in the vitreous, a shadow is cast on the retina causing black spots or floaters to be seen. Again, this is usually benign but a complete dialted eye exam must be done by an optometrist or ophthalmologist to rule out a retinal problem like a retinal detachment.
