    As a parent of a child with the diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), you are probably quite familiar with the symptoms it's associated with. Children with ADHD have difficulty controlling their behavior, act out in impulsive ways, disrupt classes and other students, and find it almost impossible to focus on academic tasks. Lack of concentration leads to poor discipline, impaired relationships (due to an inability to listen to others), and difficulty maintaining a routine.
