What are the stages of liver cancer?

Liver cancer is divided into four stages. In the first stage, there is only one small tumor that has not spread. In the second, the tumor has spread to neighboring blood vessels or there are several small tumors in the liver. The third stage is determined by the presence of multiple large tumors. In the fourth stage of liver cancer, the cancer has progressed to invade other parts of the body. Your stage can be determined the use of imaging tests such as MRIs or CT scans.
