All nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) should be taken with a glass of milk, food, or an antacid to reduce the likelihood of gastrointestinal distress. If you cannot take aspirin or suffer from asthma, high blood pressure, peptic ulcers, or kidney or liver disorders, check with your doctor before taking an NSAID. Do not take NSAIDs if you are taking blood thinners.
