    Dr. Louis Rosner answered:

Aloe vera juice, high in vitamins, amino acids, and minerals, can be a healthy food supplement, but its value in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) has not been substantiated. Some MS patients claim to have recovered from acute attacks after taking the juice, but this is most likely due to the natural course of the attack and remission. There is no scientific data that show aloe vera to be an effective treatment for MS.
