    Breast cancer in males is very rare. Only about 1 in 100 breast cancers involves males. The risks are increased with age and strong familial history. Gynecomastia is the greatest risk for developing breast cancer due to drug or hormonal therapy. Treatment options include mastectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy.
