    Yeast lives in our intestines, so it's not unusual for a diaper rash to be yeast related. This is marked by angry-looking little red bumps. If it is yeast, you'll need a special prescription antifungal cream (like nystatin) applied four times a day, to go along with the other gluelike ointments.
