    Johns Hopkins Medicine answered:

If ejaculatory duct obstruction (a cyst) is identified in a patient undergoing evaluation for infertility, it is recommended that patients undergo transurethral resection of the ejaculatory ducts. This procedure “unroofs” the ejaculatory duct cyst and opens the ejaculatory ducts allowing for normal flow of ejaculate, and improvement of semen production. This is intended to assist in couples being able to conceive naturally, without assisted reproductive technologies.
