    The complications of using a vibrating belt are associated with individuals with pacemakers or defibulators.

    The main purpose for these belts is for medical use, not for losing weight. Many belt products say they promote weight loss and six pack abs but the only true way to lose weight is a combination of healthy eating habits and regular exercise.
