    Kiwifruit is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of dietary fiber. It is also a good source of the minerals potassium, magnesium, copper, and phosphorous, as well as the antioxidant vitamins E and A.

    A 31/2-oz (100 g) serving is about 11/3 whole fruit (76 g per medium kiwi) and provides 61 calories, 1.1 g of protein, 0.5 g of fat, and 14.7 g of carbohydrate, with 3 g of fiber and 9 g of natural sugars (fructose and glucose).
