    Both Sea salt and Table salt provide sodium

    • Table salt per tsp provides ~2325 mg sodium (table salt is usually iodized although uniodized versions are also available)
    • Sea salt per tsp provides ~1570 mg sodium (the purity of sea salt adds a gourmet flavor to foods)
