    Dermatofibromas are small reddish or brown bumps on the skin, often appearing on the legs. They may itch a bit, but otherwise dermatofibromas are usually harmless. A dermatofibroma may feel uncomfortable or irritated if, say, it's constantly rubbed by clothing. If that's the case, a doctor can remove the dermatofibroma.
