What are the symptoms of auditory processing disorder?

Typically, people with auditory processing disorder seem to have normal hearing, passing hearing tests without trouble. Yet, they may show signs you might think are typical of a hearing or behavior problem. These signs may include problems learning language and learning to read, difficulty listening to and remembering spoken information; and doing poorly in school.
