    Sometimes women have problems in their menstrual cycle- called menstrual irregularities. With an irregularity, you may not get a period, your period may occur too frequently, you may have unpredictable bleeding or you may have painful periods.  Menstrual irregularities are usually a sign of a larger condition or problem.  There are many conditions that can cause menstrual irregularities and should be discussed with your Doctor.
