    Yes - supersetting will make you stronger if performed correctly and as part of a balanced strength and conditioning program.

    Supersetting involves performing two (or more) exercises in rapid succession with minimal rest.  This type of training is more time efficient than the single-set system, is popular among bodybuilders and may be beneficial for muscular hypertrophy (increased muscle size) and muscular endurance. (ability to produce low levels of force for extended periods of time).

     Supersetting your exercises can make you stronger. Supersetting involves combining two different exercises with no rest between sessions. An example would be performing a squat followed immediately by a step-up. This type of training is especially popular with body builders.
