    Low blood sugar simply means that for a diabetic, performing any exercise or physical activity is not a good idea. This is because the energy needed by the muscles to engage in activity is not adequate. If the individual persists, he or she may be subjected to dizziness, fatigue, fainting, altered cognition, muscle cramps and other symptoms.
