Depression should not be ignored. Many women (and their partners) find that professional counseling can help them deal with their feelings. Therapy is an opportunity to discuss your problems and fears, in an atmosphere that is nonjudgmental and supportive. It is important to find the right person. Your health care provider, friends, and relatives can help you locate a trained therapist or counselor.
