Women who are pregnant can and should be treated for genital warts. If they don't get treatment while infected with genital warts, pregnant women run the risk of passing the infection to their babies. Ideally, women should be tested and treated for genital warts before becoming pregnant. However, if a woman is diagnosed with genital warts while she is pregnant, she should still be treated. Certain medications shouldn't be taken by pregnant women, though, so talk to your doctor about finding the right treatment for genital warts if you're pregnant.
