    Yes, absolutely. Most facilities have some type of pastoral support for inpatients, but pastoral care from the community is allowed to see the patient, if that is the what the patients and families request. Additionally, pastoral care is allowed to visit even outside of visiting hours. Nurses understand the comfort and value of spiritual care for patients.
