Should I only do Kegels after pregnancy?

    Kegel exercises - that is, contracting and relaxing the muscles that help control urine flow, the slower, the better - are great to do at any time of your life. Do them before you're pregnant, while you're pregnant, after you're pregnant. You'll keep the entire area strong and tight - which will enhance your pregnancy and delivery experience, as well as your sex life.
