    You can buy fresh herbs and spices and add them to many dishes. Another option is to add Mrs. Dash or other dried spices when you are cooking. It is a good idea to experiment a little to find the best combinations.

    Tasty doesn't have to be complicated and involved. In fact, some of the simplest meals are some of the most delicious. I'm not going to give you an arbitrary cap on the number of ingredients to use, but know that you can make a delicious meal with just three or four main ingredients. If they're fresh and you have some good-quality fats to go along with them, all you need is a fresh herb or a squeeze of lemon or some freshly ground sea salt and pepper for the dish to come alive.
