Of the ten identified major stressors, five of them involve money or work - like changing jobs or having mountainous debt. (Money issues constitute over 40 percent of the major stresses each person experiences).
As is the case with your medical health, there are more factors that cause financial stress than can be mentioned in this answer. There are also plenty of principles that apply to lots of people - no matter the nuances of your career, your company, or your savings accounts. Too often we think about the destination when it comes to careers and money - having the ideal job or the fat bank account - and we lose sight of the journey that takes us there. If you manage the journey, the job and bank account will take care of themselves.
Just as there's no single magic pill or medicine that will melt fat or guarantee longevity, there's no single stock investment or plan that predictably will make you a massive amount of money overnight. Rather, developing a system of strategies and attitudes is what will help you relieve some of your financial and job-related stress.
