With origins in China, this small, typically round citrus fruit has a sweet rind and acid pulp. It’s a great fruit to enjoy because you can eat the whole fruit, skin, seeds and all. A serving size is 10 small kumquats or about 2/3 of a cup and it’s loaded with vitamin C.  Add them to salads, top a yogurt parfait with them or just enjoy a handful.
