Avoid taking Januvia with the medication gatifloxacin. Januvia might also interact with alcohol, insulin, or the medication digoxin. Provide your doctor with a listing of all prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, herbs, and supplements that you take. Januvia might interact with some of them.
