    Yes, because It is very difficult not to inhale the smoke because  you are breathing in the environment  permeated by smoke.At a very minimum, you will have the lung cancer risk associated with side stream smoking. Also, the chemicals in tobacco smoke will still be absorbed  by the oral mucosa, the cells lining the mouth.
