    Adults (18 years and older):

    • For obesity, the following has been taken by mouth: 1.05 grams of mango seed fiber (Irvingia gabonensis) three times daily for one month; 150 milligrams of IGOB131® , a marketed Irvingia gabonensis extract, twice daily for 10 weeks.

    • For diabetes, four grams of Irvingia gabonensis has been taken by mouth daily for one month.
