Living with constant pain can make you more reflective about how your body has changed (or betrayed) you. Some people with fibromyalgia start a journal (or a blog) of everything that is happening to them - what the doctors say, about treatments, and tips they learned from Web sites or books. Others prefer to keep a personal log about their feelings, relationships, spiritual thoughts or prayers, hopes, dreams, and reasons for gratitude.

If you like this idea, find your own way of journaling (or start a blog). Try to write something every day without self-criticism, editing, or treating it as another chore. You can tell your story with pictures and photographs, too. For more ideas, go to Caring-Bridge(www.caringbridge.org).
