    You can easily look up what you eat each day and record your meals with a simple drag and drop using the tools in the Sharecare Fitness App. Go to you profile page and click on the "coach" tab. If you have already filled out your personal information, simply click on the log food button on the summary page and enter your food into the search box. Locate your food on the left scroll and drag it into your meal section.
