Taxotere is a prescription injection used to treat head and neck cancers. Taxotere is used to slow the growth and spread of head and neck cancer cells in the body; however, it can also interfere with the growth of normal body cells, causing sometimes serious side effects. It may be used alone or in conjunction with other medications.
