Solidify your ideas and support your intention to heal back pain by talking to friends or family or writing down your plan. Often, discussing plans brings their fruition one step closer. Now that you're pregnant or a new mom with lots to juggle every day, you may feel like it's too much to handle, but you'll soon see how simple it will be to get rid of your pain.

Commit to yourself by telling your friends and family about your goals. By telling them that you believe you will become pain free, you have already made a shift in your consciousness to make it happen. Say it! Write it down! Announcing it isn't a leap of faith, it's an affirmation of your future.

Keep a few simple notes that describe what reduces your pain and areas you still need help in. This reinforces that you're in control of what's happening to and around you.
