How can I help relieve my baby's stuffy nose?

    Many infants are congested and sometimes it's not because they're sick, it's just that they have normal secretions that they can't blow out of their nose, so you need to help them with that. I think the most effective way is to use a bulb syringe, which most parents are given in the hospital when their baby is born, and also some nasal saline, which you can get over the counter or you can make at home. You get a cup of water and put a teaspoon of salt in it, put a few drops in the baby's nose, and then you suction all the saline that you put in it, and along comes some of that congestion.
