Stand with your back toward the wall with your feet straight, shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold a medicine ball at waist level. Draw-in your navel and contract your glutes. Pivoting on your back foot, quickly rotate your body and throw the ball against the wall. Repeat with control on alternating sides.
