    Eat small amounts of unsalted raw or dry-roasted  varieties of peanuts, cashews, pistachios, pecans, walnuts, and almonds four to five times per week. Eat a similar amount of soy nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds. You also can mix 1 tsp of ground flaxseed into cooked foods daily.
