    If your child is a toddler, serve portions that are right for his small size. Generally, a healthy portion is one tablespoon of each food group for each year of your child’s age. Your two-year-old, for example, would get two tablespoons of each food group (poultry/fish/lean meats, vegetables, fruits, whole grains). It’s fine to serve more if your toddler is still hungry.
