    Children with attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity can affect the entire family.  These children are always in motion and due to their short attention span finishing projects, like cleaning their room, can be often left undone. This can cause anger in both parents and other siblings. In addition, the constant motion can be exhausting.  It is important to realize this.  A structured environment, with very short timed projects can be helpful.
