You should take Tricor (fenofibrate) for as long as your LDL, or bad cholesterol, and triglyceride levels are high. Your doctor will determine, through blood tests, when your levels have returned to normal. You should also attempt to control these levels through lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise, and weight loss.
